Islamic Art .. Their Impression On Western & Contemporary Arts

Abstract

Through globalization and satellite, we find ourselves facing great challenge towards the world after raised several opinions calling that Islamic civilization and arts being underdeveloped without trying to understand the actual concept of such art, and without studying its impression on both Western thoughts and art. So, we must explain and assure the philosophy of Islamic art through artistic works and their impression on art’s pioneers, and their usage, where it apparently shown in renaissance and orientalist’s work, some of modern art schools and also some artists who impressed it especially, “Matthias, Picasso, Paul Kelly, Mondrian & Vazarelly”. Where they’re the most important Western artists in recent time. By that may assuring the Islamic artistic identification in globalization time and in twenty first century, then occur the effect on Western concept towards Islam and generally, the Islamic art.
